Return Process

    Contact our Concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

    Prepare Your Package

    Securely pack the items in their original, tamper-evident packaging ensuring all components, including chargers and authenticity cards, are included.

    Ship to LYMA

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our facility receives your return, we will conduct a thorough quality check and process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
